THE LIONS
Most of the lions at The Lions Foundation are rehabilitated from Stichting Leeuw in The Netherlands. They were rescued from circuses, taken in because they were surplus in an animal park or rescued from private owners. In December 2022 we welcomed two cubs that were no longer wanted in Kuwait.
